We just opened up the umbrella and the solar lighting is not working. If the lights do not work after charging for 6-8 hours, please check the connection of the solar panel to make sure the connector has been pushed into the umbrella completely. Also, do not forget to turn on the switch on one of the umbrella ribs.

What color is the umbrella pole? The umbrella pole has been sprayed with a black coated finish for rust and corrosion resistance. A black pole gives off a classy vibe and will enhance the ambiance of your patio.

Does Yescom 3-Tier Patio Umbrellas have Auto Tilt? Currently, we do not offer 3-Tier Umbrellas with auto tilt. Our patio umbrellas have a Push-Button Tilt, which is very easy to operate. To tilt the umbrella, open it completely first, then push the tilt button to change the tilt angle.
