We just opened up the umbrella and the solar lighting is not working. If the lights do not work after charging for 6-8 hours, please check the connection of the solar panel to ensure the connector is fully pushed into the umbrella. Also, remember to turn on the switch on one of the umbrella ribs.

Does Yescom 3-Tier Patio Umbrella have Auto Tilt? Currently, we do not offer 3-Tier Umbrellas with auto tilt. Our patio umbrellas feature a Push-Button Tilt, which is easy to operate. Simply open the umbrella completely first, then push the tilt button to adjust the angle.
